You can exchange any unworn item with original tags for another size or color within 7 days of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [ sales@nefretessentials.com ] for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item or a comparable one, per customer request”.
